Some people get very scared when stuff like that happens because they are worried about prosecution. I could see someone having a session, have a sub die during it at least partially due to natural causes and then freaking out thinking that the authorities would blame them. That really happened? I saw that on an episode of CSI & it was one of the harshest, saddest ones I've seen. Truth is stranger than fiction!
