A few pointers from a dfn...

Index:
Has an explicit banner - (the law in most countries is that unless the content would be permissible on the top shelf of a newsagent it has to be protected by a warning page) so your banner needs censoring or replacing with a softcore version.
Also - you have a lot of text in your warning and very little 'adult' text on the page so it's unlikely your site will pick up any search engine hits... to improve it you could:
1/. Add an alt tag to your banner and some adult text to the page (preferably reinforcing - but not spamming - your site name / chosen target keywords.
2/. Include the text (above the banner) in the link - add another line below too and include that in the link and try to pitch it more at turning the surfer on than the fact that the site is free... there's a whole lot of free porn to be had nowadays, you need to give them a better reason to click your ad' & the best one is a hard on.
You could add one more sponsor link to the page (I'd go for a text link, saves b/w & increases your se value).

Main page:
Blue text on the lavender bg is really hard to read - for your sake your sponsor text should be at least as obvious as your gallery links!
Add the line of ad' text to the banner (move it up so it's right underneath) and add at least one more line of text to the ad'.

Your bottom ad needs to say what sort of site it leads to (again with the 'hard-on premise') otherwise it's a blind link (won't get listed) and - it won't get a click without some temptation!
Galleries are better - you have body text & some of it is sexy...
The pics are well optimized in terms of size but look a little too 'touched up' (colors look too rich - if you did that you should undo it - if they came like that live with it, they aren't too bad)!
Add alt tags to every pic to increase text content.
Same problem with the lower ad (gallery 1) and top ad (gallery 2) as on the main page...
Put your gallery 2 banner above the pics & the text ad below them - it'll get you better clicks.

Think about the fact that search engines see every page as an individual site and maybe if you vary your title tags you'll attract more se traffic...
Come up with a 'sexy theme' for your site and write it in the body of the pages starting at page one and working your way through the site - that'll give you more body text for spiders & get the surfers more interested in the ad' text than in the pics (which is what YOU want)...

Don't be disheartened by the size of this post... In general I'd say you've done all the hard work writing the pages & thumbs / picture links etc - now add the cream which will turn it into a sales tool and you're good to go
You might want to scan your spellings on the galleries too - a few typos (typos can be good but too many simple ones aren't good for your credibility with the surfer IMO).
That's my 5 cents worth anyway - feel free to disagree with anything I've said - I really don't mind - free sites are expected to follow rules but individuality is the key
Oh and one last thing - be certain that the site name you use isn't am existing sponsor site name - if it is you won''t get listed anywhere (except by me because I haven't heard of 'wet n wild' but it seems like a good candidate for an existing sponsor site... somebody else here will know I expect).
