Thank you all. I´ve made all changes but I´ve still questions:

2257 statement cancelled - I am from Austria I don´t need this - right?
Why must the links open in the same window? Never read this rule on submit sites.

No, you can (and should) have 3 sponsor links on every page, but earlier today I could have sworn you had a sponsor link among your recips which would make it deceptive. Maybe I was wrong (or you changed it).

Not to be picky as it wouldn't keep you from getting listed on my site but there's some weird verbage like: "but see yourself and enter now the gallery!" instead how about, 'but see for yourself and enter the gallery now!'

And you spelled convince 'convience' on two seperate pages.

I changed it and I understand now: no mix between sponsor links and recips.

1. No you don't really need it, but I'd put it on there anyway.
2. Lots of linklists have this rule so just let them open all in the same window.
3. I was in Austria 2 weeks ago, they've got some nice snow in Zell Am See and Kaprun
