Hi,
You may try adding more text links instead of three banners, higher CTR, and maybe spread them through the pages. 20 pictures in two galleries should be ok for most link lists owners, there is no point in giving more away. Hope it helps

make you enter link stand out on the front page, it blends in with the other links, and put some text under those banners and space them out, and also make different templates as you build for the first month...
