Silvercash, can you hear me now?

Does anyone know how long it takes Silvercash support to get back to you? I've been waiting for about 4 days now. I know I sound impatient, but it's important that someone over there answers the distress e-mails I've been sending. Please!!

I have sent them a few icq messages and about half a dozen emails in the past 8 months and I got ZERO replies. Just check their message board and see how much they care about their webmasters.

8.. Procedure Relating to Alleged or Actual Third Party Rights Infringement by a Participating Webmaster.
Upon COMPANY's receipt of a proper notice of alleged copyright, trademark, service mark or publicity rights violation by Your participating website (the Notice of Infringement Form used by COMPANY can be found at TCGII Infringement Form, COMPANY will notify You and ask that You provide written documentation of your right to use the allegedly infringing material in your website. That documentation must be: (a) a license of the rights; (b) consent from the rights holder or their agent; or (c) a written statement from You or Your attorney (in either email or fax form) explaining Your claim to have a lawful right, or a legal defense, to display the allegedly infringing material.

If You do provide COMPANY with appropriate rights documentation (a, b or c, above), COMPANY will forward that documentation to the rights holder or their agent, as appropriate. Should the rights. holder/agent not be satisfied, COMPANY will provide the rights holder/agent with Your contact information in order that they may contact You and pursue any remaining dispute with You directly.

If you fail to provide the COMPANY an appropriate written response (a, b or c, above), You will have ten (10) days from the date of COMPANY's original notification to You to remove the complained of content. Should you fail to remove said content within ten days, the referring URL containing the complained of content will be blocked and any funds otherwise due and payable to You relating to the referring URL will be forfeited, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS YOU PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATE WRITTEN RESPONSE. You will also be placed in an "infringer" database, and should repeated complaints be made against you for rights violations, COMPANY has the right to permanently terminate You from the Traffic Cash Gold program.

I totally understand a death...

And, looking at the times of the posts I hope its just a matter of getting to the office in the morning and getting on the ball. There are a few silvercash sites I was thinking of starting to promote this month, and I'd be reluctant to sign up for a program with bad support.

I hope you get everything straightened out, ladydesigner.

Well.. it takes a while (3-4 days) but so far all my problems (I used help desk tickets not emails) have been resolved and payments are allways on time.

GOOD Luck! I had a problem with an incorrect payout, and after telling the person that was responding to my help desk ticket I could send a screen shot, they just deleted the help ticket, never got another response.

I've used both e-mail and the help desk.

I've been promoting SilverCash for about 5 years and have never had a problem or reason to contact them until now. My stats are showing "0" across the board (all programs/clicks/sales). They've also taken away 99% of my rewards points for some reason. AND, when I looked at my account details, they had all my old info (payee name, address, phone number, etc.) from when I first signed up with them. What's up SilverCash?! |confused|

Update: I've figured out what was up with my account myself. All is good with SilverCash again - just wish their support was better.

Also had a problem with referrals not being shown. Lucky I knew one of the girls i had referred to silvercash and when we compared notes I was missing about 30% of my ref payouts.

Conventional methods to contact them failed (icq, email, feedback), but once we finally found someone connected to silvercash they fixed it up and added the missing referrals.

Getting in touch with them quite hard, but if you can the icq of the guys who do respond then support should be fairly quick.
