Hello,
I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm from Adult AdWorld. We're an adult ad network that pays publishers on a CPM basis (per impression) rather than per signup. Simon from BDSMWorld alerted me that our company name was associated with a discussion here regarding opendirviewer. I want to thank Simon for taking time to explain some of the issues. He was extremely helpful. I also want to open some dialog about opendirviewer with this board, and would like to start with some questions. Is it universally felt that all of opendirviewer's content misappropriated? Is it opendirviewer doing the misappropriating or is it that they allow others to do so and do not police them? How would you suggest a company like mine handle situations like this? (How should we investigate, and what proof is reasonable to make us sever ties)? As Simon pointed out to me, there are standards of legality and then there are ethics. Those two don't always match so where do we draw the line? That's enough for now. I hope you all take this in the spirit it is meant - to open a sincere dialog with this board to help my company make decisions that support and enhance the adult community. That's why we started a CPM instead of a CPA based network. We felt adult webmasters should have the same opportunities as mainstream webmasters. I look forward to hearing from you.

![]() I'm glad you decided to come talk with the good folks on this board. One thing I might suggest (unless the moderators have a way to do it here easily) would be to start your own thread about this. Being on page 4 of someone else's thread may get you less responses, or responses that aren't directly about your services. I should mention here that Adult-AdWorld initiated contact with us regarding using their service, and their CEO has been very concerned to learn more about the problems that Fusker/opedirviewer cause for us once I brought up a few points with him. I hope others will take a few minutes to contribute to this thread (or another one if there is a standalone thread started). It could be a good chance to get one of the thieving bastards' revenue streams chopped off -- the only real way to hurt them back. Simon
