Well Im a bit nervous to get into the reasoning as Im sure it would open up a whole slew of replies about it, but as I understand it if you want to give the links any sort of SE benefit the iframe isnt helping that.
I got a little help with setting it up via php to get it to display out of the iframe and I dont really understand how it works as im not that great with php. If you email the script creator he can help ya out too, but I did still have to get outside help to set it up without the iframe.
