As far as I'm concerned you can link to whatever you like as long as it's reasonably clear to the surfer where he'll end up. Links like "See More" and "Continue" are bad, "More bukkake porn at MyBukkakeBlog.com" is good.

Ditto, I see blog & hub links all the time. Just keep in mind it counts towards the generic 3 outbound rule.
