Always match your content to the paysite you're promoting and submit to the category that fits the paysite. Makes for better targetted traffic...which makes for more sales

A word of caution though...re-read that part about matching your content to the paysite. If you don't match it up properly...and submit to the cat that would fit the paysite anyway...you'll get declined all over the place.
