I've been submitting freesites regularly for the last three weeks or so, but I haven't seen my sites listed and I've had no rejection/acceptance emails.
I've received some nice traffic from the Javes left side bar "Top Referrers" - thanks!

I know you have partner accounts available but I haven't read of a partners only situation, although I have known to be dumb and/or blind.
