Well my link list is "only" a little over 6 months old but I've seen an increase in traffic all of the time - right now it's pretty much day-to-day that my traffic rises to a few more uniques. Sorry I'm not much of a help; maybe your site has been temporarily dropped from one of the engines for some reason?
