How long does it take to get a submitter account at The Red Cherry? I think it's been about a week since I applied and haven't heard anything.

I replied to this as a private message, and didn't realize you started a thread too. Sorry. The new script sends out an email that you have to click on and verify your email address, then you instantly have a submitter account.
Make sure you check your junk mail folder too, in case it is seen as spam for the email. If you still don't have it within a few min, hit me up here and I'll hook you up.
