Did I miss the post from Nightsurfer where he asked for a list of sponsor URLs with promocodes?

What if I tell webmasters. -Hey I'm Mr nightsurfer on www.greenguysboard.com and I would not use blindlink, popups or any method that made freehosts get a bad reputation still I would like to use freehosts to make sure I keep my money 100% until I figured out something that works. ?

You have it backwards. The webmasters didn't give the free hosts a bad name. The free hosts gave the webmasters bad names because they kept adding and deleting things to the webmasters pages.

If you don't want to pay for hosting, sign up for an affiliate program that offers free hosting. Some programs will give you a virtual account (you can even host one of your domains there if you want), others will even give you your own dedicated server. The catch: you can only use a free hosting account provided by sponsor X to promote sponsor X.

If you want a list of sponsors that give free hosting, just say so.

It's very important who you listen to and who's advice you use starting out. This is true at any point but especially true starting out. Getting a bad reputation right out of the box is very difficult to overcome in this business because most of the players know and do business with one another.

Good luck

Nightsurfer...the post above was worth repeating. Do yourself a huge favor and take heed to what Surfn is telling you
A sponsor free host is still a free host...sponsor provided or otherwise. And they are still banned on all major link sites. If you're caught using one (and trust me, you would get caught...there are some very savvy people running link sites), you will indeed get banned. Hosting is freakin cheap these days...there are those of us who remember paying thousands of dollars/month for hosting. These days you can get a virtual account for well under $50/month. This is a business you're making an investment in. If you're serious about this business...make the necessary investments and go for it! If you're not serious enough...and you want everything handed to you free, perhaps you should rethink getting involved. Yes, perhaps a bit brutal...but also completely honest.

As to Bob, given his little spam fest in this thread and the suggestion to use sponsor free hosting for link list submissions, I'd strongly suggest you consider his recommendations with great care.

Excuse me, you fucking ignorant spamming piece of shit, but you are too goddamned annoying for me to continue reading your idiotic posts without commenting. You finally made a post without an affiliate link and you gave very bad advice indeed. Why would you tell someone to hop from one form of free hosting to another? If you want to make money in this business today - pay for hosting. Don't use sponsor hosting for any page you plan on submitting to a link list. If you want to be taken seriously, you must have a real paid hosting account. Just don't use any hosts that u-Bob spams your way because spammers shouldn't be rewarded.

u-Bob - I can't wait until they ban your worthless ass.

If you are going to use freehosting NightSurfer can you give us a list of your domains now so we can blacklist you and save us all some time?

1. The guy said he was using free hosts.
2. He said that he liked free hosting and the wants to continue to use free hosting.

I just pointed out that if you insist on using free hosting, it is way more reliable to use free hosting provided by a sponsor, than free hosting from a free hosting site/company.

Some sponsors like Ragecash and realitycash (look, no ref link, djeez) will give you a free virtual account, and even a free dedicated server if you bring in enough sales. Ok, some sponsors have their free hosting account on pure COGENT, but it's still way better than a "normal" free host.
Or are you guys saying you can't trust Ragecash, OCCash, Deecash,...?

u-Bob - 1st off, no one asked for recommendation, so all your referral codes were considered and deleted. That is how this board works.

2nd, I doubt any of the regular posters here on this board will give a big to any sort of free hosting. Free Hosts are banned from a lot of Link Lists & TGP's & are very much frowned upon by legit webmasters that have been paying for their own hosting for years.

Free Hosts, in theory, are ok, but they were ruined by bad webmasters years ago & thus, a lot of us hate them & do not recommend them to anyone.

Why give all freehosts a bad reputation? doesn't some of them (free hosts) understand that changing content isn't good for their business, unless you mean changing banner type also, but if so why is that bad?

What if we added a whitelist on good freehosts that you and the freehostowners agree on supporting. Wouldn't this solve the problem?

To most of us the porn business is how we earn a living, so yes, we do take it very seriously. From your remarks I guess that you don't.

Some free hosts are better than others, but they all have the same issue to one degree or another. Hosting your content is not their primary source of income. Therefore you and your content are not their top priority.

Reliable paid hosting is inexpensive enough these days that there's no need for link list and TGP owners to spend the extra time "approving" specific free hosts.

Don't understand?
I'm the guy helping them with their advertisement and helping them drawing traffic to their website. If they are messing with customer websites then how can this be good for their business?

I think freehostowners are in pain especially those who target the adult business, not being able to spread their hosting service.

What do you think?

I think you're chasing your tail here

Free hosts have been discussed MANY times on this forum and others. You're not going to make headway in changing the minds of those that have experienced the problems of free hosts for years.

Oh, and YES...those of us that make a living doing this absolutely take it seriously. The fact that you seem to think otherwise definitely gives clues as to your thoughts about the business. So, don't be too surprised if those you attempt to do business with in the future don't take you seriously.

Another quick word of free advice since you seem to want everything for free...reputation counts for a lot in this business. And once a person soils their reputation, it's difficult if not impossible to repair the damage.

Calm down now lets keep it a happy discussion

Well I'm a newbie and I don't take porn seriously yet. If I could make a living on it I would probably change my mind.
Just to let you know I have done lot's of reading about Internet Marketing and tried out Adwords just to experience that Google rip my money off in notime. I think that there are many lurkers out there just waiting to take your money away. For example I think that Google Cash probably was written by Google themself. There is a lot of tricks out there and I have sworn not to pay anyting until I make my first $$. It's a good protection not get ripped off again.

You want to make money without it costing you anything, and that great. But this board is not here to teach people how to do that.
