The problem with threads like these is that, unless you are a regular on the board, no one cares who you saw at the convention & they tend to think that you have some sort of hidden agenda as the reason behind why you'd post it.

I've done these threads myself in the past, but only on boards that I contributed to on a daily basis.

Using Useless as an example, if he went to Phoenix & posted a thread like this, we'd welcome it with open arms, because we all know Useless & we'd probably know most of the people he was talking about.
