Verotel vs CCBIll - the rebill factor

I am aware that affiliates like CCBill much more over Verotel, but since I am using both processors on my sites I was curious if other webmasters have made a similar experience.

I do see a much higher percentage of rebills from Verotel compared to CCBIll. Is this just coincidence or can anyone give me a reason why that would be the norm (or not)?

Verotel does, because they generate more rebills. However CCBill has a couple of new sales more.

I don't think processor alone is a significant factor in rebill percentage. You need to look for other differences between the two groups such as traffic source, country, etc.

I do know that affiliate traffic usually rebills at a lower percentage than non-affiliate traffic, for a number of reasons. Since you're sending affiliate credit card joins to CCBill, theres a big factor in your disparity right there.

interesting, I want to try a 2nd processor too. For backup reasons and cascading billing. Unless verotel has an affiliate program, I bet Toby is right about why you see more rebills with verotel. ALOHA

Strange enough, I just use ticketsclub as of now. But I might upgrade the account in the near future. The ratio for signup form visits to actual sales is pretty bad with ticketsclub. This aspect is much better with CCBill. But as I said, rebills with Verotel are far better than with CCBill for me and I have resellers from both processors.
