Hi Vicki,
Besides the Javascript on the tour and big pics in the galleries (104kB), it would probably be a good idea to either make a paysite or a freesite. Not a paysite with a freesite. So make a freesite promoting the paysite instead ![]() |

A couple more questions
Swedguy,
Thanks for the info. I infer from your reply that the pictures in the free galleries are too large and that you have a problem with javascript. I wish I could do something about those issues, but since this site was built for me (which cost a bundle), I don't have much control over those particular details. Concerning paysite vs. freesite, I'm not sure I understand the difference. I thought my site was in essence a freesite because of the sample galleries. Are not all freesites on the web selling something? (i.e. If they have clickable pictures they're a freesite and if they don't they're a paysite) I've never seen a site that doesn't have a button somewhere to subscribe to their content. I had to work hard to convince the web designer to add the pictures because of all the directories out there that want sites with free pictures. I had hoped that this upgrade would make my site more compatible with the requirements of more sites. Seems like I can't win for losing. What do you think I should do? Vicki |
