cyber-squaters and meta-squaters suck!
I feel you.. guess what I felt like when some guy bought my very successful domain in plural (well.. I was dumb and forgot about it). But there is no legal way to get to them if the domain isn't a registered trade mark. The only possibility is the copyright law.
