He must have been covered by his insurance, no one gives up a Lambo. I heard a story the other day of a young guy in Cali who dropped over $350k on a new completely cutomized Lambo (he's in the mortgage biz and is making a killing) he was having trouble getting insurance and the dealer told him they can and would be his insurance co. not to worry ( I don't know all the details) Anyways, he was out one night and a drunk guy in Hummer ran over his car while it was parked outside some club, must have been a hell of a sight. Long story short he did not actually have insurance, he did have it in writting that the dealer was going to insure him, rather then just get a new car he's suiing them (because that's what people do in the States) for all kinds of things for some crazy amount in the millions because he didn't have Ins. and liability on the car.
