Hi to everyone!
Owners of Overbucks are the same owners of AdultCashier. This "welcome" email was sent to webmasters who was registered in AdultCashier. This was one time announcement of a new program. It is a pity that I didnt see this thread before, I would answer earlier to dispell your doubts. No one was signed up automatically, it was only announcement of a new program.
