![]() I kept opening support tickets, it would be ok for a while then it would go off again...so I finally just called support on the phone & worked it out. The tech guy said it was some kind of a routing problem specific to that IP (it's on a separate one from my others) so he changed my IP (simple enough, huh ) Should be propagating now (or whatever the fucking things do) so I guess it'll just be like a new domain - wait the 24 hrs or so until it's all done & it should be good to go.and hopefully that should be the end of any problems. the moral of this story is...don't be an idiot like me, if the ticket system doesn't work the first time, call the host!! They (webair) were really terrific on the phone. It's just kind of awkward the first time I have to spell out my domain to someone I don't know hehe ![]() thanks for your patience, I know some of you had to remove sites, no prob. I should be up & running again in a day or so Ponygirl |
