Hell no. NOT listable.

There's no DOCTYPE declaration - so that increases the chance of the site falling to shit on some browsers.

It happened due to re-use code from another page in order to save some time.

It was my fault, I recognize it, but there was not a hidden reason.

It was corrected... do you think my freesite is listable now? Can I submit to your link list and some other that you recommend me?

Though you can't submit to me since my lists are partner only, my suggestion would be for you to browse GG's MILF section, scroll down to "Sexy Milfs Free Sites:" and take a look at the recips on those sites. That will give you plenty of places to submit to.
