Yeah caught that too. Sometimes I wonder why im more afraid of our government than I am of terrorists. And then its little blurbs lost in all the "news" that reminds me.

Add the push for ISP's and search engines to keep records for 2 years of all their users seems like we will make the soviets look like amateurs when it comes to monitoring the people.
