1. Very few LLs that I know of have a no exeptions rule against sponsor content. If the sponsor you use is underpromoted you shouldn't have a problem. Otherwise grab new content and use it right away while it is still fresh. If it hasn't been seen a lot, you should still be OK.
2. Private whois will be a problem for many. 3. Partner accounts aren't as common in the LL world (yet?) as in the TGP world. There are plenty of "open" LLs to submit to.
