WE have that law as well.. fire station, hospital..police..even the front desk at the Mirage would have been able to deal with it.. Of course we also have laws that arrest jay-walkers, people who remove their tomato and lettuce from their hamburger AFTER ording it and failing to turn on a signal are all jailable offences. Just ignorant Hoes who spread em then trash em.
