Female teacher arrested for rape

They charged her with Third Degree Rape. Here is the quick definition.

Under our law, a person is guilty of Rape in the Third Degree when, being twenty-one (21) years old or more, he or she engages in sexual intercourse with another person, to whom he or she is not married, and that person is incapable of consent by reason of being less than seventeen (17) years old.

I wonder how the punishments work when it's a male teacher and a female studen't who've been having sex for 4 months.

But I guess things work different in cases like that because females don't like sex.
