You could use this one
http://bl.usefulscripts.com/ Its a joint black list by the big guys... and a lot of smaller guys. The pretty thing is that you can customize what to block. For example you can block sites blacklisted by the big guys, or block sites blacklisted by "anybody" or simply block sites blacklisted only by you. Or any combination of those. Real neat. And it is Richards from RR who is behind it
