Google not cacheing a site

When searching site:domain.com domain.com, Google has found a few of my pages, however in the majority of the few that it has discovered all that is shown is:

www.domain.com/site-folder-title/
Similar pages

no cache, no description etc. etc. What do you make of it?

Domains and sites are anywhere from 45 + days old to a recent 10 days old. The elder 45 + days old ones are the ones I'm most concerned about. The indexes got in extremely fast. Nothing else.
