Yet your new link list is at the root of the domain, so you have no clear warning page - just a small java rollover image next to a much larger pic of a girl sticking a dildo into another babe's snatch.

You are right. It happens that when doing the site I have based on my experience in the hispanic market, as much for the rules as for the construction of the site. And although hispanic linklists don't have any warning, it is a request that freesites do have it. I suppose this is only to base on a friendly structure for google.
