I hate jumping in other owners threads, but going by Greenies last posts I think he'll be gone for a couple hours yet.
I *believe* that it will be a fesh submission, and that yes, it would count in the 24 hour rule, best bet is to sub todays site and keep that for the inevitable day when you don't complete a new freesite. |
