Domain blacklist issue

I believe that means that youre not actually blacklisted, it just says that youre on a free host. So any link lists not allowing free hosts wouldnt list sites on that domain (pretty much all of them). Id imagine if you moved to paid hosting for that domain they would remove it.

I am seeing that the domain is on the blacklist, this is from domain tools:

I don't know why it would be different when you look it up??

and some LLs will reject for being on the spam blacklist as well as the freehost.
