You have more than 3 outgoings links.
Everything opens in a new window for me.
Pictures are out of order across both pages.

Could be more, but I just stopped. You really need to read the rules at the link lists. Any one of them! Dude, ya have 8 outgoing links on your mainpage. Thats not a fudge of the rule or an oops I forgot to remove a banner, thats a I do not need to follow your rules statement. Not good at all!
