After a quick perusal of your sites I'd suggest:

- Don't repeat the same sales text on all pages.
- Be more in the surfer's face, BIG FONTS.
- Don't be afraid to use explicit language.
- End all sales pitches with a link to sponsor.

Your sites are IMO way above average. You just have to give it more time. 10 submits is much too early to make a judgement call on the effectiveness of your advertising.
