This is an easy one...
She paid a laboratory to create a layer of fake skin that she can wear around like a suit. It covers her entire body and looks and feels just like her real skin. Underneath that is a thin layer of red hankerchiefs... you can figure out the rest from there.

I think it would have been easier to stuff a red handkerchief into various parts of her clothes, and stash one convienently in her pussy too.
She only has to make it look like she's pulling out the same one, but it could be 5 different ones.  Or maybe not... All I know is I've got my own little red thing that I can make dissappear and reappear all over her body.
