FTP Problem

Did you try deleting the 0kb file on your server first before you uploaded the good file again?

Yes, tried letting it overwrite the original file, which didn't work. Then deleted the 0KB file and uploaded the file, nothing. I found another index.html file and downloaded it just fine. Tried to upload that same file and in less than a second FTP said "transfer failed". The index.html file was listed as being uploaded but 0KB again.
