more often then not, as a place like epassporte gets bigger and bigger, support gets worse and worse.

I haven't had any problems with them (knock on wood!) but I do get very irritated at how long it takes to get my money deposited in my bank account. Our mail system is VERY bad/unreliable where I'm at so at least I know with Epassporte, the check won't get "lost in the mail".
