I dislike:
English speakers who criticise foreigners for their poor grasp of English but who then go on to misuse "then" when they mean "than", "alot" when they mean "a lot". "there" when they mean "their" etc

Though that affront is balanced by the thoughtful suggestions eventually offered to non-native speakers of the tongue...another "LIKE" for us with regard to this board.
