Thats what I first thought but I found the Cpanel forum with a strange thread.
It is from people with the same problem as me. It obvisiously is a bug in Cpanel but the tread is running for 2 years! and nobody from Cpanel ever answered about a fix for this problem. http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=20695 I find it very bad some big software developers have no good support. I have this with Norton too. After a SmitFraud attack last week and after 2 days of fighting trojaan horses my Norton Ghost is not working anymore even after reinstalling from a CD. This is their support: You can send a ticket and have to whait for I still don't now how long(3 days now) for a reply. Or you can call them for 29 euros.  |
