I'm not crazy about it only because "whores" make me think it's gonna cost. Something like sleazycams or camsluts would have a friendlier feel for me. Not that I'm cheap, I just think most surfers need at least half a hardon before they realise it's goona cost and whip out the credit card

As Madame CamWhore since 1997 .. I can tell you that "Camwhore" is perfectly acceptable language. If you get paid for performing in the nude or sexual acts on a webcam.. then wouldn't you be a "web cam whore" or a "camwhore"? It's a word. Like many words it can be read differently by anyone who reads it or writes it.. but the world of adult webcams, "camwhore" has been a terminology for quite some time. and truthfully i prefer Camwhore (or CamHo as i like to shorten things) to other terms i've heard.
