I'm probably re-inventing the wheel with what I use, but I prefer 'homemade' tracking solutions.

anything good to keep track of contacts, and affiliate programs, like what pay, niche sites, user and password etc.

I use Excel for all that, but any spredsheet will do. Excel has the benefit of exporting to my PDA, though, so I always have the info to hand (and an extra back up).
