Like everyone said. Not only can you design the look and info you want you can make changes cut and paste, whatever. I keep a SS for all my sponsors which I list code, user name and passwords. I have another spreadsheet for sponsor, program, link code, domain I'm using it on. I link all that to my folders which contains my banners, content, etc. Makes it really easy when you're working with 50 or more sponsors.
Any spreadsheet does the job. You're basically filling in cells, it's like a form, no math involved.
