New Link Lists & Getting Listed Forum Rule

Hi GG,
I've got an old linklist that's been up since '97, but was closed to submissions for a year or so when I was working on other stuff, and was basically a hub, though I didn't drop anyone.
In the last 6 months I've been working on building traffic so it would be a worthwile place to submit to, and it's almost ready.
Can I announce its Grand Re-opening for submissions in a day or two?
