Warning Page?

In the future, I figured I'd just dump my blog script one dir deep, and keep my warning page a static HTML.

Login> Presentation> Theme Editor> Footer>

Go to bottom of the page and insert something like this:

<p><blockquote><some more HTML crap>8 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice blabity blabity blah.................Custodian of records</blockquote></some more HTML crap>

better have it.
