Well, seems you submitted there, their link list, with the recip on the index page. Would guess a way for the surfer to search for sites meeting their criteria? Or some feature their list has?

I'm thinking in the same direction as ronnie. Looks like it's an html format friendly list of fuckpage freesites, ready to be silently included on some page some place.
