RSS Feeds are versatile remember and where not originally designed to feed blogs, although if each xml tag within the feed is utilised and populated properly then yes they can be very effective at filling up a blog.
My guess is that most program owners are simply setting them up to produce a series of links to hang in the sidebar of a page or something similar. |
