He wasn't prosecuted - it was just brought out by the paper that, aside from him owning the company, that their address was a PO Box.

Assuming that they have changed the address to the actual location of the paperwork, I don't know if they could go back & retroactively prosecute him for it.

True, and I don't think they can go back as long as he's corrected it before they begin any charges.

I remember watching porn as kid and seeing the age verification/custodian of records screen that would come up, and always thinking about some sleezy guy sitting in a smokey back room office filled with porno vids and filing cabinets.

Yeah, no prosecution, but had to leave that nice paying job. Man, who has time to dig this stuff up? Have they come after affiliates for 2257 violations, when they are just promoting, no content created by them?
