Isn't that one of the responsibilities that a program accepts when they take on their own distribution of payments? You know, to PAY thier affiliates?

This bargain basement lease pricing of Nats removes important entry barriers, letting everyone and anyone keep control of our money. Six months later, people realize that it's not easy to run a program or paysites and close up shop, leaving everyone high & dry. In this case, the processor may have gone under, and most of us don't even know who used them.

It is times like this that I really appreciate the affiliate programs that are administered by the billing company themselves, like Cbill & Epoch.
At least then, we know who we've gotten into bed with.
