My submissions are about 50% to 60% from submitters and the rest from galleries I build myself or sponsor hosted.

I like the scheduling and automation features of Comus, but I'd like to be able to easily make it skip build cycles (such as on a holiday weekend when the number of submits are way down) I'd also like to be able to rebuild pages without advancing the build cycle so I can test modifications to page templates without using up new galleries each time.

Comus uses a MySQL database, that tracks click stats and other info about each gallery, so you can create some rather complex queries for selecting and sorting galleries. AGP uses a flat file, so you're limited to using predefined catergories for selecting galleries. That means with AGP you can't create a true "Hall of Fame" group of galleries based on user clicks, as that data isn't saved.

Overall, I find AGP is just easier to use. I spend less time getting the job done on my AGP sites.
