I keep detailed records of every site/mirror, to whom and when I submitted, if there were any submission problems, etc.
At one point I had addopted a practice in building freesites that one LL didn't like. One site got rejected. I knew I had a few weeks worth of sites sitting in the queue that would get rejected too. I checked my records, made the necessary quick changes, and stopped the practice. ~
