I've been submitting there for a year and a half. I never get an acceptance Email but he sure sends some good traffic. Hang on in there.

If I don't get listed in a week I stop submitting, but check back every few months, if I get traffic I submit again, if not, I don't. It's like JD said in another thread, if you're doing something the LL owner doesn't like, and he doesn't let you know, you're wasting everyone's time by submitting more.
