Blocking the bot won't help you because content is overly duplicated on the Internet, so you'll just miss the chance of receiving free search engine traffic.

We do exactly the same what Google images does, except we're specialized in adult content.

If user clicks the thumbnail, goes back to your site - so you make money of it.
